UMT logo and catalogue. Unique Milling Technology (UMT) is a business specialising in the distribution of parts and tools for CNC machines. Expanding to international markets called for a new, polished logo and catalogue. In the update of the logo I made sure to retain the robust characteristics of the products, while also giving it a reliable, precise and secure feel, to represent the quality with which the company operates. The most important aspect of the catalogue was clarity: making sure that the customer could find the tool or part that fits their needs as effortlessly as possible. The industrial, metallic presentation was inspired by the high quality of engineering and the manufacturing environment.
